Do I have to place large orders to use your service?

Not at all. We work with both small and medium-sized businesses. Our flexible sourcing model supports low MOQs (minimum order quantities), especially in the early stages of product validation or prototyping.

How do you ensure product quality from overseas suppliers?

We conduct strict supplier vetting, sample approvals, and third-party or in-house quality inspections before shipment. You will receive detailed reports and photo documentation.

Can I stay involved in the sourcing process?

Absolutely. You’ll have full visibility over the sourcing journey with regular updates, shared documents, and progress tracking. We aim to act as your extended operations team — not take control away.

How long does the sourcing process usually take?

Timelines vary depending on product complexity, customization, and shipping methods. In general, sampling takes 2–3 weeks, and production and delivery range from 4–8 weeks. We’ll provide an estimated timeline at the start.

Is there a contract or commitment required?

We offer flexible engagement. For most projects, we use a sourcing agreement signed before deposit. You’re not locked into long-term contracts unless otherwise requested.

How do you charge for your sourcing service?

We operate on a transparent commission + cost-plus model. Our fee is based on either a percentage of total order value or a flat project fee, depending on the service scope.

Do you offer warehousing or fulfillment services in Australia?

Currently, we focus on end-to-end sourcing and shipment coordination. However, we work with trusted logistics partners in Australia and can help you find warehousing or 3PL support.

Can you help with product development or design?

Yes. We assist with early-stage concept design, industrial design, packaging design, and tech packs — especially for garments and promotional displays.
